CSC has been named The News Journal’s #1 Top Workplace in 2021 for its 15th consecutive year. The list was based on a third-party employee engagement partner called Energage (a purpose-driven company that helps organizations turn employee feedback into credible employer recognition through Top Workplaces).
At the same time, Delaware Business Times named Rod Ward CEO of the year in an awards ceremony last month. He was praised for his forward thinking and open honest updates this past year. Beyond his effect on company culture, Ward was also integral to doubling employment at CSC globally over the last five years.
