Free COVID-19 Testing This Week

A large number of free COVID-19 testing sites are available in the city of Wilmington, Delaware this week. Testing is available to any Delawarean, whether you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or not. It is advised to continue following social distancing, face mask-wearing,  hand washing, and avoiding large crowds or gatherings if possible. 

Monday, January 25

  • State Service Center – Northeast, located at 1624 Jessup Street, from 10 am-4 pm. Register here.
  • Frawley Stadium, located at 801 Shipyard Drive, from 10 am-3 pm. Register here.

Tuesday, January 26

  • State Service Center – Northeast, located at 1624 Jessup Street, from 8:30 am-4 pm. Register here
  • Canby Park, located at Oak Street and Scott Street, from 10 am-2 pm. This is a walk-up only event. Register here
  • Warner Elementary School, located at 801 W 18th Street, from 10 am-6 pm. Register here

Wednesday, January 27

  • State Service Center – Northeast, located at 1624 Jessup Street, from 8:30 am-4 pm. Register here
  • ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital, 601 Parking Lot, located at 601 Delaware Ave, from 12 pm-4 pm. Register here
  •  Henrietta Johnson Medical Center, located at  601 New Castle Avenue, from  9 am- 12 pm and 5 pm-7 pm. Appointment only, call 302-655-6187.

Thursday, January 28

  • State Service Center – Northeast, located at 1624 Jessup Street, from 8:30 am-4 pm. Register here.
  •  Henrietta Johnson Medical Center, located at  601 New Castle Avenue, from  1-5 pm. Appointment only, call 302-655-6187.

Friday, January 29

  • State Service Center – Northeast, located at 1624 Jessup Street, from 8:30 am-4 pm. Register here
  • Thomas Edison Charter School, located at 2200 N. Locust Street, from 1 pm-6 pm. This is an indoor walk-up event. Register here
  • Elsmere Library, located at 30 Spruce Ave, from 10 am-6 pm. Register here.
  • Henrietta Johnson Medical Center, located at  601 New Castle Avenue, from  5-7 pm. Appointment only, call 302-655-6187.

Saturday, January 30

  • Bethel AME Wilmington, located at 603 N. Walnut Street, from 10am-4pm. This is a walk-up only event. Register here
  • Henrietta Johnson Medical Center, located at  601 New Castle Avenue, from  11 am-2 pm. Appointment only, call 302-655-6187.
