Free COVID-19 Testing in Wilmington This Week

Free COVID-19 testing will continue in Wilmington this week. Residents are urged to continue to take precautions to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, including avoiding large crowds, wearing a mask, and washing and sanitizing their hands frequently. The free testing sites have been organized by the New Castle County government, the City, and the State Emergency Management offices. 

Tuesday, September 29

  • Frawley Stadium (North Parking Lot), located at Frawley Road and Shipyard Drive, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Drive-Thru/Walk-Up) Register in advance. 

Wednesday, September 30

  • Eastside Charter School, located at 3000 North Claymont Street, from 3PM. to 6P.M. (Walk-Up Only) Register in advance here
  • Kingswood Community Center, located at 2300 Bowers Street, from 10A.M.-1A.M.  An appointment is recommended. Call 302-428-6586.

Thursday, October 1

  • Judy Johnson Park, located at West 3rd and North DuPont streets, from 2P.M.-6P.M. (Walk-Up Only) Register in advance here
  • Kingswood Community Center, located 2300 Bowers Street, from 10A.M.-1P.M. An appointment is recommended. Call 302-428-6586.

Friday, October 2

  • Latin American Community Center, located at 301 North Harrison Street, from 10AM.- 1P.M. By appointment only. Call 302-320-6439.
