Chemours was recognized as a Champion of Board Diversity by The Forum of Executive Women. This organization annually honors the top public companies in the Philadelphia region with 30% or more women on their respective boards. Chemours has now been honored twice by this organization.
The Forum of Executive Women was founded in 1977. They work to increase the number of women in leadership roles, expand their impact and influence, and position them to drive positive change. Members of the Forum are composed of 500 companies over four decades.

Chemours’ gender equity is prominent on their senior executive leadership team. Chemours has increased female representation to 44%, including Alvenia Scarborough to Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Chief Brand Officer, Alisha Bellezza to President of Thermal & Specialized Solutions, and Denise Dignam to President of Advanced Performance Materials.
