At Miller Road Station in Wilmington, home of Wilmington Brew Works, beer isn’t the only carb on the menu. New pizzeria, La Pizzeria Metro celebrated their grand opening in the renovated 11,000-square-foot Spanish colonial-style building.
Word on the street is, the meatballs are amazing and you can’t go wrong with any of their traditional-style, brick oven pizza that incorporates toppings not found anywhere else in the area, including baby clams, chorizo chicken sausage, and smoked pork belly.
You can access La Pizzeria Metro’s menu here, which reflects the creativity and variety of the offerings available at the new restaurant including specials named for Wilmington neighborhoods, with more to be added soon.
