Free COVID-19 Testing In Wilmington This Week

The City of Wilmington has announced free COVID-19 testing sites this week, and encourages any Delawarean, whether they are exhibiting symptoms or not, to get tested. Getting  The walk-up events will use saliva-based testing.  

Wednesday, August 5

  • Congo Funeral Home Parking Lot, located at 2401 North Market Street, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Walk-Up Only) Register in advance here.

 Thursday, August 6

  • Latin American Community Center, located at 301 North Harrison Street, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. By appointment only. Call 302-320-6439.

Friday, August 7

  • Elbert Park, located at Elbert Place and C Street, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Walk-Up Only) Register in advance here.

Saturday, August 8:

  • Eastside Charter School, located at 3000 North Claymont Street, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Walk-Up Only) Register in advance here
  • Father Tucker Park, located at 9th and Lincoln streets, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Walk-Up Only) Register in advance here.

Updates regarding cancellations due to inclement weather will be shared on New Castle County’s Facebook Page
