Limited tickets are currently available for a rare behind-the-scenes workshop with legendary jazz vocalist Dianne Reeves, who will be headlining the Clifford Brown Jazz Festival on Friday August 6th. The workshop event “Defining Your Voice” is from 12:30 to 2pm on Friday, August 6th at Christina Cultural Arts Center. The workshop is intended for musicians and vocalists with some performance experience. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased here.
Reeves is known for her improvisational prowess and unique jazz and R&B style. She was honored in 2018 as an NEA Jazz Master, which is the highest honor that can be bestowed on jazz artists in the United States. She has also performed at the White House multiple times.
