Colonial Parking President Wins Highest Industry Honor

Jed Hatfield, President of Colonial Parking, was honored with the Brett Harwood Leadership & Legends Award, bestowed annually by the National Parking Association.

Recognized as the highest honor in the parking industry. Jed exemplifies the qualities of excellence and integrity, displayed through a lifetime of achievements.

Hatfield is president of Wilmington’s Colonial Parking, a family-owned business founded by his father, Richard G. Hatfield, in 1956. Richard Hatfield won the Brett Harward Award in 2015.

“Jed Hatfield embodies ethics, excellence and a commitment to parking professionalism, certification and the importance of parking best practices,” said Christine Banning, president of the National Parking Association.

Colonial Parking has more than 40 parking facilities, 285 employees and management operations in Wilmington as well as Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia.

They are a proud sponsor of the, CAESAR RODNEY HALF MARATHON, RELAY & 5K on March 26th. In its 54th year, the historic race benefits the American Lung Association of Delaware. Click here for more information.
