Program Details
- Classes held Wednesdays (6 PM—8:30 PM) │March 8th—April 26th
- Program includes one-on-one business plan counseling
- $75 fee for City of Wilmington residents & businesses
- $100 fee for non-City of Wilmington residents & businesses
- Space is limited; All applicants subject to interview & selection process
