JP Morgan Invests $2 Million in Delaware

The grant provided by JP Morgan will be used to fund the Pathways to Prosperity program, which helps students nearing graduation obtain career skills.

Delaware Pathways has programs that match Delaware’s job needs, including twelve critical, in-demand areas:

  • Allied Health
  • Biomedical Sciences
  • Cisco Networking
  • Computer Science
  • Culinary & Hospitality Management
  • Engineering
  • Environmental Science
  • Finance
  • K-12 Teaching Academy
  • Nursing Assistant
  • Manufacturing Engineering Technology
  • Manufacturing Production & Logistics

Delaware joined the Pathways program in 2014. Only 27 students graduated from the program in that first year. Since then, the program has grown to 6,000 students.
