For the second year in a row, we are partnering with the CROP Foundation, a local nonprofit that provides in-the-field educational and professional opportunities for students driven by the art, science, and soul of food. To date, The CROP Foundation has awarded over $25,000 in scholarships to help their students attend some of the country’s most prestigious culinary schools.

This is the premier event of the season and thanks to our generous sponsors, all proceeds go directly to the Light Up The Queen Foundation. The Shine A Light event is made possible by caring and community oriented sponsors such as Today Media, Out & About, SirSpeedy, The Bancorp, The Hotel DuPont, BPG, Tonic, MySherpa, WHC, MG+M The Law Firm, APS, Twin Lakes, NuPoint, Heritage Concrete, and the Rockford Tavern. We’re still accepting sponsorships so get in touch with us if at info@lightupthequeen if you’re interested in investing in the future of arts education in our city.
