The Delaware Children’s Museum is filled with exhibits and activities that reflect the attractions found in the surrounding community. Kids can pitch like a Wilmington Blue Rock, or shoot hoops like a Blue Coat. It also hosts sculptures and art from the area like the 350 year-old Sycamore tree from the Alapocas Woods right here in Wilmington.

Now, children and families alike can view something else from neighborhood: the Dial 911 sculpture from the City of Wilmington which has been at the Public Safety building since 1988.

Click here to learn more about this work of art, and to view hours of the museum.
